Return and Refund Policy
Returns
At Power Office Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable:
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
Clearance or final sale items
Custom-made or specially ordered items
Products not returned in their original packaging
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (including original shipping costs) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos or videos as evidence. We will review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
